The new AirPods are more impressive, but these EarPods are still excellent for exercise or for commuting. They have a long battery longevity, and fit comfortably.

Apple bought Beats' original line in 2014. They've remained mostly similar, with the exception that they now include a USB-C charger and a W1 chip.
